Each 3D print is produced after your order is placed. Production usually takes several working days before dispatch.

Orders ship within India with tracking details sent by email once your parcel leaves our studio.

Shelled for safety
Fragile lighting products ship in custom corrugated shells to prevent transit damage.
Reporting issues and returns
Standard items qualify for return within the inspection window when returned in original condition. Customized gifts with bespoke names or monograms are final sale once 3D printing begins.
